Setout is operated by PT Lunsbok Tech Group. We provide project management software for architecture practices at setoutapp.com.
When you create a Setout account, we collect your name, email address, and practice name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information via our payment processor.
We store the data you and your team enter into Setout — projects, clients, deliverables, decisions, meetings, time entries, and files. This is your data. We store it to provide the service.
We collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage. We use this to improve the product and diagnose issues.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Setout (hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics). We will disclose data if required by law.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at privacy@setoutapp.com.
Active accounts are retained for the life of the account. After cancellation, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.
We use essential cookies for authentication and Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics.
If you access Setout through a client portal, your data is managed by the practice that invited you. Contact them for questions about your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email.
